Incredible customer service from start to finish. They answered the phone on the first call. The gentleman that answered was kind and helpful. I brought my car in for a simple tail light replacement. Upon arrival, the gentleman that answered the phone welcomed me into the shop. He had a technician look at my car immediately and they were able to replace the light within minutes.
Thank you for making the process seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this shop and look forward to working with this team again!

No one likes to have an accident that is self-inflicted, but sometimes s%*t happens. I backed into a mailbox post and causing some damage to the rear bumper of my Toyota. I have used Centerline auto body in the past. Dominic and Steve are great people to deal with. The car was repaired properly, and they matched the paint to factory specs. Here is a testament to Centerline auto body. I live in southwest Nassau County. Centerline auto body is in Massapequa. There are many body shops in between myself and Massapequa. Trust me, Centerline auto body is worth the trip. Thanks Dominic & Steve!!

I hit a telephone pole after my gas pedal got stuck under my floor mat while backing out of my driveway- it moved the pole about six inches and had to be replaced, so you get an idea how badly my car was damaged. I went to centerline collision to have it repaired. From the first phone call to the day I picked the car up I couldn’t have asked for a more professional exceptional experience. The owner, Dominick was very nice and friendly, then turned me over to Steve who walked me through the entire procedure. He explained what I needed to do from start to finish. I had to rent a loaner from enterprise and when I picked up my car he took care of having them pick it up. The actual repair to my car was perfect. When they finished it looked brand new, they even cleaned the inside! ( I’m a messy person). All in all, the entire experience was seamless, professional and exceeded my expectations.
