I’m done with this place. The level of incompetency is insane. There is a problem every single time! The staff moves so damn slow and doesn’t prioritize their customers. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve had pretty bad experiences here overall. I don’t even bother going to this cvs anymore, would rather drive further to a different one. The staff is not friendly, everything is locked, and half of the stuff they sell is expired that they don’t bother to take off the shelves.

It’s 6/9 the older black woman behind the counter is useless and slow. She refused to get another associate and said “good” when I told her I was leaving. She couldn’t even process a simple coupon for the lady in front of me! I had one item to purchase thst I needed an associates help with to open and the old woman was completely incompetent. Please get better help. She deserves to fold laundry. She clearly has zero customer service and can’t use a computer. I’ll never return here. The shelves were bare in a lot of isles. Walgreens up the rd IS BETTER had better customer service and fuller shelves. Do better cvs, of Massapequa

Recently, I needed to arrange a passport photo appointment for my friend who is disabled. After calling several CVS locations within a 10-mile radius, I was pleasantly surprised that the CVS at 20 Broadway in Massapequa not only picked up the phone promptly but also confirmed they had staff available to assist us.Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by an exceptionally professional and friendly team. Notably, there was a young man expertly juggling multiple tasks. Despite being busy, he continually apologized and thanked customers for their patience. His dedication to customer service was evident, and honestly, the wait didn’t bother me as I could see his effort to handle everything efficiently.What made our visit truly special was the attentiveness of both the associate and the manager. They took extra care to ensure our experience was comfortable and seamless, particularly for my friend. Their compassion and professionalism were outstanding.

Manager of store has an accent can’t remember her name is wonderful always helpful and especially with my many picture projects. Staff always working hard. Need more staff. Get rid of filthy carpets and put floor brighten store will help to look and feel cleaner. No fault of the staff there. It’s the upper management corporate levels that need to spend the money in such a busy store

So I just picked up some prescriptions for my mum, and on the way out I saw these cute cat gloves and tail set in the clearance bin. There was no price tag so I asked the girl if she knew the price and informed me there's a piece missing, and I could ask the lady at the register to see how to purchase just that part..I got to the register and the sweet lady couldn't figure out how to price it so she said "you can just have it. Happy Halloween!!" I thanked her profusely and said a quick prayer for her as she didn't have to do that.She knew that it was gonna just get thrown out so I thought that was really awesome of her and she made my day and also helped me save much needed cash!!SHE DIDN'T HAVE A NAME BADGE BUT AROUND 445 pm on OCTOBER 30 2023, middle aged latina woman, SHE WAS EXCELLENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DESERVES A RAISE!!!!
