Curbside pickup was a joke. I got an email saying my order was ready. Did the online checkin and got a response that a team member was on their way. 15 minutes later I called the store. Not only was a team member NOT on the way, they couldn’t even find my order. They found it eventually and gave me a $5 gift card which was very nice. But I will NEVER trust them for curbside again.

Came in to return a pair of sweatpants, and the young girl at the register told me since it was an online order she would have to return it and exchange it. and come to find out I have to pay more than I spent all because she rung me up on a register that "doesn't have access to exchange online orders". she should have told me that from the beginning instead of agreeing with me when I asked her will it be the same price. Do better!

My salesman name was Chad, he made the purchase of my bicycle a very easy experience. He was very kind and went out of his way to make sure the bicycle was in perfect condition. If anyone is getting a bicycle I would highly recommend chad for your salesman. I will definitely be coming back!
