Ahhh.... it's ok. Some of the workers there dint even have a interest or any knowledge on products in stock
I would of purchased a ps5 + oculus 3 but the employee at the time couldn't answer my questions. So I just let my kids pick out fnaf plush and kept it moving.

I went to the place and was greeted very nicely and I was looking for an exchange of a game because the GameStop I got my game from gave me a broken disc case. Even though he just couldn’t exchange it. He gave me the right cover case with the art work very politely and I was really happy. Everything also is in place and there are a ton of games. Would definitely recommend.

They had exactly what i was looking for and in perfect condition. The case was kinda meh but the disc was in perfect condition which is what mattered

I traded in for a Refurbished PS5 Slim, they gave me a Regular Model by accident. I tried returning it to get a slim the next day because it wasn't slim. I got apologies on the mistake by the guy. But then I was charged $24 extra than what I paid for initially the previous day on the same console. As they ringed up the Regular Model as a slim. Not cool GameStop, Not cool.

I was having an issue with my Nintendo Switch. I brought it to Gamestop in Massapequa, and the employee (Benjamin) was super helpful. He solved the problem, and it was something he hadn't dealt with previously. I know I thanked you while I was there... but I truly am very thankful for your help!!

Better off getting your video games at another retailer. Staff is rude and unhelpful and acts like they hate their job. Do not give this store your business. Go down the road and you will find stores with much better customer service. Avoid at all costs doing business with these airheads. Very rude store.

There should be no reason that the store is closed for a full hour during the busiest time of the day. By the time they get back it would be an hour till close. Should be double staffed so it doesn’t close to begin with.

Love the GameStop it reminds me of the all the times I've went to game places in the past and have some serious gaming talks with staff there! They know she game but aren't better at it then me I believe heck I been Top 10 to top 100 in online competitive games in the world ??! I think GameStop could be much more but I'll give it 5 stars. For being a soul survivor store even among (now defunct) Play N Trade And other game stores in NY!

Just got out of the store after trading in 2 old systems for a new ps5 bundle and Mathew was the clerk helping us out. He really gave us excellent customer, I have never been treated so well and taken care of in any other industry. Thanks Mathew !! You’re the best!
