Amazing experience at this store today because of Billy! Extremely courteous and helpful. Went to the back and grabbed a toolbox for me and looked for a long time for another tool that they unfortunately did not have in stock. These days you walk into many stores and can't find anyone to help you but this store is very different it's two thumbs up. Billy worked at a different location previously and was always extremely helpful anytime I've visited the store. Glad to see the company is recognizing the people who make their stores feel different than the norm these days. 👍👍

Horrible horrible store. Been a rewards customer for almost a decade. Wife bought an item ($150 and in large packaging, no chance of shoplifting it) and lost the receipt. Manager didn’t care about being a rewards harbor freight rewards customer, having proper Nys id etc. I will not be renewing or ever going back to the massapequa store except to return everything I’ve bought in the last month.
The parking lot is always disgusting too. Bottles everywhere, right in parking spots, not even just the bushes which I don’t expect normal employees to clean regularly.

Just happened today, and has happened in the past so now I’m gonna post about it. Anytime I need help in the Massapequa location, someone is available and knows what I’m looking for and where it is. Always a good interaction at check out too! Great customer service! Keep it up kids!

I'm now a retired mechanic/technician. Dropped many paychecks on the snap on truck. I started coming here a few years ago. It's nice to know that if you fix your own stuff, you can still afford to buy tools to do it. HF has grown considerably since I started coming here. It's always worth the trip. Thank you.
