I asked for the best sales rep and they gave me a guy named Randy. This is the second time I spoke to him in 2025. My deal was a little complicated because I had 4 more months in a lease.
He comes on the phone and says oh didn’t I speak to you earlier in the year about my other car(assuming I’m talking about the same car and pandering in dealing with me). He ask me to text him the info on the lease I’m giving back. I did right away and can you believe he text me back he’ll get back to me on Monday?! Seriously. I’m ready to buy.
I went to Infiniti of Queens, dealt with Keston, and within two hours walked out with a $106,000 QX80 Sport. Total loser that’s definitely NOT the best sales rep.

Buying a car can be the worst experience... however @ Infiniti City of Massapequa i was greeted with the best customer service ever. The GM Mike Tapolow was beyond helpful and my salesperson John L was the best. The entire staff was charming and helpful making it a great experience. I recommend 💯 percent if you are shopping for a new vehicle... go to Infiniti City of Massapequa.

My car became disabled at night and I had it towed to Infiniti City of Massapequa. The next morning I received a text from Gina letting me know my car was there! She kept me informed throughout. My car was fixed perfectly and Gina was going on vacation and advised who would call me the next day. While Gina was on her vacation she text me to make sure all went well with my car….. the most amazing customer service!! She is truly the best. I have been a customer for many years!

We were greeted by Randy Gallo at Infiniti of Massapequa, and right from the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Randy was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and shared a lot of knowledge about the QX60 we had our eye on.
