Just giving a 5 star rating to this location for the good service from Gina and the techs. Honest business! I wish they had loaner vehicles but non of their locations have that.

Worst experience every time.First time I serviced my car, and we agreed to a fixed price. When picking up my car, the price multiplied by a couple thousand without notifying.Service was not even done right because I had to bring my car in shortly after getting it back.Recently, we made a service appointment and requested a loaner car, so they said the next available date for a loaner car was 2 weeks later. So we scheduled it for then. My car was having some more issues which needed to be addressed. When the appointment date comes, and we bring in our car, they want to act like they don't know what we are talking about and say that they don't have any loaners. That is not acceptable. It costed us to find a means of transportation, after they told us they will have it. They caused us such a significant inconvenience, as we even delayed our service for a later time just to have a means of transportation to use in the meantime.All my past encounters at other infiniti dealerships exceeded my expectations, however this dealership has to be the worst dealership I have ever went to in my life, as someone who has past experiences with various dealerships. They do not know how to treat customers and also come off like we are the inconvenience ones, when in reality it's their jobs to take care of us.

horrible horrible service department!!! 3 year old car never a problem, check engine light is on, they act as though i have the plague, no loaners for 45 days, no appt for 15 day's. i asked if car under warranty, they said i should check my paperwork. they have no idea computers not updated...3 years ago bought it. were we in the non comp age.... much better dealers don't waste money!!!!update, i called again spoke to Gina. much better service. she seemed to care. will update again after appt to hopefully give them 5 star service

Worse car service department. I walked in to make an appointment the day prior, and Gina acted like it was an inconvenience. The following day I go in 30 minutes early and drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 3 hours for easy maintenance on my car. Customers after had their cars ready before mine. I will never return here I will go to Lynbrook to get my car serviced. Avoid MASSAPEQUA if possible!

Shopping with infiniti took all of the overwhelming factors out of car shopping. I hadn't car shopped in a few years and was relocating at the same time. Safe to say I had a lot to worry about. Joe C. and the team at infiniti of Massapequa took care of everything with an immaculate sense of urgency. I was not burdened with anything other than making the right choices for me. I am very confident in my purchase and look forward to doing business with this team in the future. 11/10 experience.

Had a great experience with Joe on our first Infiniti - very knowledgeable, professional and reasonable and not pushy at all- highly recommend him and the family- owner dealership that has been there for many generations!

Very bad customer service, receptionist Is useless, can not tell me if my car is still covered under warranty, refuses to transfer me to someone who can. An can never get a loaner car

I had an excellent experience at Infinity of Massapequa ! The sales staff was very accommodating to my needs and concerns. They took the time to explore the different options I had available to me. In addition, they guided me through the process of turning in my leased vehicle…which was a breeze!! Mr. DeStefano, Mr. Cunningham and Mrs. Harney were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

Took my car there for transmission work Worst experience ever had my car there for one monthTech Kevin work on my carDidn’t do a good job doing my transmission one day after receiving my car my transmission started to leak so I text him told what’s going onTook my car back there for it to get fix told him I needed my car in one weekOne week go by didn’t receive any updates on my car…went to check on my car come to find out my car was just sitting there for week an a half with no work done to it no paperwork nothingThey don’t like to fix they mess up workHad my car for one month and still couldn’t do a good jobDidn’t fix my leaking transmissionDon’t recommend going there and let tech Kevin work on ur carGoing to waste ur time and money

I love these guys they are great / Millie is the best she helped me find a beautiful Qx 60 for my wife , Millie was patient with me and went above and beyond to help me. After I purchased the 2020 QX60 I presented it to my wife and she noticed a small ding on the door and was upset about it / I asked Millie if they could do something and they repaired it for free. Wife very happy all thanks to Millie. So if you need a car get it from Millie at this dealership.

The worst dealer in earth, I have a Qx50 2019 first I brought the car because we have a lot of issues explain to the manager Frank there with me and Mona to drive around where he ain’t professional told me that he doesn’t have anything when I clearly see three cars in the parking lot for me to use, I felt that know where he was trying to help me service is the worst…. Between me and my family spent more than $150,000 at this dealer. I’m not ask him to give me privilege just ask you guys to do your job right? I brought the cars for one day. You guys kept it for the whole week after week my car still acting the same way. No no no no I got the worst treatment between your manager Frank and you also associate Gina, thanks to that I would never spend a dime and another car but you guys I will definitely go to a different dealer and recommend anyone go to a different dealer.

my lease is coming up, and i sent them a message asking them to advise the procedure to bring it back, and how long it will take... their answer...NOTHING... NO REPLY... a few months ago i received an email from the salesman joseph Cunningham telling me my lease is up in some months. i sent him a message asking some questions... NO RESPONSE... about a month later received another email from Cunningham again about the end of my lease, and i replied... how about answering my 1st message to you...the dealership SUCKS... as does their salesman joseph cunningham...
