Not only does this place support puppy mills, it is one of the worst malls I’ve been to on the island. The food court is terrible. More than half of the options are all closed down. Same boring stores year after year, and many vacant spaces. Also, Why did they do away with Walmart? It was so convenient. This mall has gone down hill the past 4 years and needs a serious update.

The mall needs a complete overhaul. More stores leave than come in. It’s dismal and despite empty promises that it’s in progress almost none has been made. I have lived here 38 years and it’s awful that this mall is the way it is. Bay Shore was upgraded, why hasn’t Massapequa been improved?

Wish prices were just a touch lower but they have a great selection of hats. If you're part of their membership club thing (only a $5 one time set up) you get 20% off any lids that you buy automatically. If you're an avid collector of hats this can at least offset the tax and all this can be great. I mean, who doesn't love at least saving the tax and all! Wish they had a few more selection of sizes for some hats, but given it's in a mall it's all good.
