I had a carrier which i didn’t support e-sim so I came here, I switched up my carrier to Verizon and it was really quick…I got there around 6:30 and couldn’t finish my work before 7 (their closing time) the owner was really very friendly helping me after 7 to.. thank you…highly recommended.”

When I got to the store, he said that I hadn't just messed up my screen, but also the connection so it would be an additional $15 to replace. I agreed and he replaced it in less than 15 minutes. My wife ran into a nightmare situation where her nearly 10-year-old phone number was lost during a carrier transfer. Before we met Dorian, we had tried everything—calls, visits, and nobody was helpful. Everyone just gave us a hard time.
But Dorian listened carefully to our situation, immediately understood the issue, and came up with a solution right away. He patiently and professionally assisted us over the next few hours until the problem was fully resolved.
