“I took my 17 year old to get his 1st new IPhone. He was nervous not believing i was really going to get him a new phone for one. Second he just knew I wasn't about to get him his 1st Iphone. Long story short I was running late for another appointment and when we arrived the store was crowded. So doubt set in with him for sure, but he was cool about. I was also doubting that we would be able to stay and get things done. We got the hellow welcome which was cool. So we sat down! Just a few moments later we met a young lady named Tatiana. I had no idea this would be my best phone store experience EVER! I can be a bit picky, but EVER! She was the most pleasant, warm, professional phone store worker I ever met! This young lady answer my 100 questions, knew exactly what she was talking about, got us the right phone, changed my services to make it even better for me. I mean she did it all. Plus she got this done in time for my son to have one of greatest moments of his teenage life, the Iphone but she also did in time for to make my next appointment. I even asked her, are you a manager. She said no! I was floored. With that type of service, I told my son I would hire her in a heart, an I am a manager at a billion dollar company myself! This young lady should absolutely be made a management employee immediately. I never want to go to another store and deal with anyone else but her. The sad part here is that my son came to me later that evening and said, Pop, guess what I did. He said I made a mistake and gave her a 1 on the survey. So that was so awful to me, even if a mistake that I went back and apologized to her and asked if there was anyway I could fix it and she just said, no but no worries. How humbling! Her coworkers said you can go and give example a Google review which may help. This is long but a truly hope this message help because I would love to put a smile on her face for a lifetime.
