Worst party city i’ve ever been to. On other occasions i was not able to find what i was looking for bc the store was such a mess. Also pretty expensive, but i guess that’s inflation for you.Anyways, back to what pushed me to write this review.. I raced over there today to make a return of 1 item. I knew i was cutting it close as my ETA was to arrive 5min before closing. Nonetheless i arrived with 3 minutes to spare. Just as i was getting out of the car i saw the manager locking the door when it was still technically supposed to be open. I still walked up to the door anyways to see if they would be willing to help since it was before 6pm and it was just a return. But now this is where i got really upset.. I understand, it was probably a slow Sunday and they all just wanted to go home, i get that kind of thing. But i would’ve appreciated an appropriate response saying im sorry but we closed early because blah blah blah. You know? However, what i received instead was being completely ignored by the manager. And then a younger woman who was working there started hand motioning through the window signaling that they were not gonna help me. Fine. But it just really really really irked me the way she found it funny that i raced all the way there and she was able to just laugh and wave me away. She was super smiley and giggly while it was all happening. Also after when she left the store a few minutes later. And it just made me really angry, ruined my whole day honestly. They weren’t even supposed to be closed yet. Any job i’ve worked like that, if we closed at 6, we work open to the public till 6, and then close and i would be scheduled till 7 to allow time for closing and clean up. I imagine that’s how it’s supposed to work there too. But whatever, maybe not. At this point im just extremely upset and ranting, but i hope this review will at least result in those workers being spoken to about professionalism at work. It was not cool, really rude the way they handled it. I could just feel the way they enjoyed turning me away.

Came in after spending $125 on engagement balloons to 4 bundles of balloons not in bags and being told "good luck". I had to leave 1 entire bundle of balloons because they could not fit in the car (besides others flying away and popping). I showed up to the place where the party was and they told me that I should have just had them delivered as this is a FREE service when you spend over $75. No one from Party City ever offered or told me about this and really am just disappointed that no one cared enough to help. Will never order balloons from here again.

I ordered a 6 pack of latex balloons for a party and got it 14 hours in advance. I paid extra per balloon for “Hi-float” which is supposed to last 24+ hours. By the time of the party 14 hours later, only 2 of the 6 balloons were floating. That’s besides the fact that the last balloon that was blown up was done by the manager (the rest done by another employee) and I saw him fill the last one up without any Hi-float. I asked him if it had the hi-float in it and he said yes. Lo and behold one of the 5 non-floating balloons was the size of a lemon by the 14 hour mark and there was no liquid present. So I know he straight up lied.I went back some days later and Dylan was very helpful and helped me get a refund but I had to request the manager refund the package. He didn’t even say a word to me meanwhile he was standing right next to the register but knew the situation. Didn’t even bother to acknowledge anything. Then Dylan told me their policy is that I show up when the balloons are deflated as proof even though I took photos and it was an 8am party and they’re not even open besides I can’t leave work for some balloons, not his fault at all but the stores policy is absurd. Dylan was helpful and had great customer service. Thankfully I got some money back considering the balloons cost $7+ then an extra $2 per balloon.

This place was a disaster. The store itself was in shambles and the staff was incredibly unfriendly. It was if asking a question was against the rules - seriously not a fun experience for what is supposed to be a party store. The inside of the store was a complete mess, not well stocked, dark and dismal. Wasn't a fan and would rather shop at a different location.

It's ok. I could see other places doing better than this place. This place does have things you are looking for, but if you are looking to spend a lot more on costumes and decorations here's your place, but the quality is not the best! I wish the place was bigger and did not give me a creepy vibe of the layout and the black walls.

It's ok. I could see other places doing better than this place. Terrible customer service. I was given wrong info over the phone about Halloween returns. I got there and explained what I was told and the “manager” was anything but professional. He rolled his eyes while asking every employee in shift if anyone spoke to me. His attitude was not that of manager setting and example for his team. Totally unacceptable.

I bought a Halloween item I wasn’t sure I needed unbeknownst to me it was on the last day of returns. No one told me all sales were final. I asked the associate if I could return the item if need be and I was told yes at the time of purchase. I went back today to return the item and I was told I could not return it. I could exchange for one Halloween item of equal value. At this point I don’t need the costume or any Halloween items equaling the value. If I was offered store credit for Christmas season that would have been fine but nope, they can’t do that either. Extremely unhappy and if I could put zero starts I would. Shopping on Amazon for costumes and party related material moving forward.
