I been taking my dog there for grooming, they were good. Till recently I tried to contact them to make an appointment for my dog. I been calling 4 days straights, no answer, finally someone answered the phone 10 minutes ago today Sunday, costumer service didn't even say hi, good morning. She just answered like she didn't want to be there, then I asked her about grooming section just wondering if theybwere close. Just told me hold on a second and never came back, called again , hanged up on me. You have to do better petco make sure to hire people that really want to be there, now I'm scared go let. My dog there ..

Really upsetting visit. Two male guinea pigs in a hamster sized cage (which isn’t even big enough for a hamster). They had no hay, and we’re trying to popcorn (jump with excitement) but couldn’t because there isn’t enough space. Absolutely cruel and inhumane. Shame on this store’s management, because I have seen other petcos and have been a loyal shopper but never have I seen a situation this bad. Do better. I hope you will take this review to heart and give those two pigs a GUINEA PIG CAGE.

Phenomenally efficient and friendly people here.I have four cats and get sound advice from the people I talk to.They carry the brands of food my cats like and the hours are very convenient. There is also a points program we follow to save costs.

I was looking for a few things for my reptiles and this was the only location around that had what I was looking for. I was helped by a very nice woman named Meryl. She is amazing!

This location to me is better stocked and more associates on the floor. The interaction with the store reps was very helpful and positive. They knew where the item were that I was looking for. The cashier reps were friendly and made my experience is joyful one.

I have never liked this store. Employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. Today I went in and the store is half the size it was before no longer carry the cat food that I need.. that's good because I never have to go in there again
