I had an awful experience tonight. Plan to call the number given in all feedbacks below tomorrow. What I don't understand is a lot of the reviews below talk about bad customer service. Owner obviously takes the time to read the reviews and respond to call to give future info., but over the time span of these reviews there does not seem to be improvement. I had an experience tonight that was do disrespectful on several levels. Will call to discuss further

I went here shopping and had to use the restroom well low and behold some jerk clogged the toilet before me and caused a huge mess and it was disgusting never gonna use the restroom here again dude must of thrown half a roll of tp down the toilet

Will never shop here again. I paid for my groceries got a receipt and walked out like you normally do at any store. As I was walking out security runs up to me and grabs me and accuses me of stealing. I handed him my receipt to prove everything was paid for and he doesn’t even have any common decency to apologize for making a mistake.

Huge store. Clean. Well stocked. Outside Security Guard? Wow. Explains slightly higher prices than other Shoprites in the area. Was pleasantly surprised because the exterior gives one a different impression. ?

This is bigger and better than the other Shoprite i have been too they have more in stocks than the other store i have been too love this ShopRite a few have changed things have changed

Good selection of ready made meals, fresh sushi and deli area. Store is pretty clean and have huge bakery and sweets section too.
The sushi ? here is delicious and pretty good for a supermarket. I recommend it!!!
Now I'm hungry...

Every time I have to stop by here, I am reminded why I usually travel to another store out of my way to have a better shopping experience.
The deli counter is always backed up because the workers are working with no urgency and hold private conversations the whole time.
The meat dept. is usually understocked if you're not there in the morning.
But the worst part is the customer service, especially the employees working the self checkouts. They are always on their phones and act like you are bothering them when the registers malfunction or you ask them a simple question. In particular, there is a female employee with curly hair and glasses that works the self checkout that is extremely rude and will make ill-natured remarks to coworkers about customers that are checking out right in front of them. Someone asked her for a bag and she said, "For what, how do you not have reusable bags by now?" How rude! This is how shoprite allows their customers to be treated?

This is probably the worst supermarket in NY what store doesn't have chicken breast with the bone , this shoprite needs to shut down.

Store is very well organized and their staff is very helpful but you have to get past the parking lot it's a Nut House in that parking lot good idea would be make the parking spots bit wider maybe a foot on each side

I usually don’t go to this store and every rare time that i go i remember why i don’t like going there. The customer treatment is always so trashy and rude and is always mainly the young women cashiers. Like even if i know them out of the work position they drag it into their work position like im just trying to buy my stuff i don’t need you to stare at me and judge me and whisper abt me only bc you don’t like me in your life out of your job and the way they answer to simple questions is always so disrespectful. I don’t think i have ever gotten nice treatment at least once on the times i’ve gone to this store. I think the younger people that works in this place needs to learn how to separate their own personal life issues and their work position because it’s very irritating. I have many friends that could say the same as me and they haven’t gone back to that place. I’m not coming back in a while honestly.

Please please please hire Security Guards or who are trained to use their eyes and ears, and dare I say surveillance footage. On my last 2 visits when I used self checkout, I was chased down and screamed at in the parking lot by the same security person. Each time he damaged several items in my cart which I paid for. He broke half of the eggs, and drop 2 glass jars on top of each other. He only did this when he realized he’s an idiot and I didn’t steal anything. After he damaged several items I paid for he told me that I was “free to go”. So now ShopRite has the right to detain people? It’s clear race is an issue for some of your security staff. Before he left his exact words were “There are plenty of grocery stores, don’t come back!”He then stormed off hiding his plastic badge and refusing to give his name. I know it’s 2024 but why hire someone that uses his own race issues to do his horrible job?

Customer service is trash. Manager cares less about customer service than the guy re-racking the shopping carts. After shopping with my wife and baby today, we were approached by their SECURITY team and escorted to customer service as we missed scanning a single item accidentally. We were told we are NEVER allowed to use self check out again and they re keeping the receipt on file in case we come back. INSANE treatment over a chicken that we were clearly willing to pay for. The manager comes out to discuss and offered zero empathy or help. Complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Will not be returning.
