Lady at ups store return was very rude to me because i was returning a ups package that was not a ups store drop off point, even tho when i walked in another employee told me yes. I wish i knew her name so i can put it out there. She had black and white curly hair with glasses. Shame on you, you shouldnt work in costumer service.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 will not return to this place for anything because of her

Working with Claudia was such a pleasurable experience! I came in on memorial day at 4pm (hate to be that person) to print stuff for a bridal shower. She helped me edit my template, gave honest advice and really directed me to get the results I needed. She has such a lovely personality and she made my daunting bridesmaid task easy!

These 5 stars go to Claudia. She helped me out when I was in a rush to print custom stickers. They didn’t have what I needed and she suggested an alternative that worked out great. I even shared my chip bag with her because she said she’s never tried it and well, that woman deserved a damn chip. Give this goddess of a woman a raise.

Do not buy the extended warranty..
My 60 lbs printer broke! They want me with a bad back,. The rest of my employees are woman to carry it to the nearest FedEx. As they want to try to repair
so now i have to wait. 2 Weeeks.. which I can’t in this business so now I have to buy another printer.
It is so bizarre and ridiculous with absolutely no consideration
go to PC Richards, if it breaks, they will give you a new one immediately, I will never make this mistake again
