CRAZY SLOW. In the desk area, Ive been waiting on one person to finish for 55 minutes now and its still going. Why isnt there another desk person? its 1:14 on a monday. Such a waist of time. I wish i drove a little further to maybe Babylon or one even closer or further; just somewhere else!

I’ve been a loyal TD Bank customer for over 10 years, but after my recent experience with Rebecca Mazler at the Massapequa branch, I’m closing all my accounts and won’t be coming back. Rebecca was extremely rude and denied me service, despite my long-standing relationship with the bank. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any bank representative, and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I expected better customer service, and I’m very unhappy with how I was treated. It’s unfortunate that after a decade of banking with TD, I feel the need to move my business elsewhere.

The absolute worst bank in the world. Had no problem taking a very large check to deposit but gives me a full blown interview asking me where that money came from that I deposited just because I want to withdraw some money. The customer service is just as bad. Miserable people talking nasty to customers. The manager does a great job of leading by example if he wants his staff to be miserable just like him. News flash … you don’t need to know where that money that I deposited came from since I have Uncle Sam to answer to for that. If you are so unsure about the certified bank checks that I deposited than you should have declined my deposit. I will be closing all my accounts with you and bringing my entire family to chase bank that has been amazing to me from day 1. Great job holding up a line for 20 min while you have one teller working. TD bank you suck!

Extremely unprofessional bank.Your money is not safe andyou don't have access to it.My family and friends have had similiar experiences. I've had accounts in a few other banks and this bank is an embarassment, the worst. They didn't respond nor release payable upon death accounts with a death certificate (which is stealing money), even when demanded by the estate attorney. They hold onto your check deposits (which is stealing) for weeks, as if you are a criminal, when other banks clear the same check, in a couple of days. The ATM is down often.

It’s the worst td bank I’ve ever been to. Their atms are always down. And the staff is rude. I’ve been to this place 3 times now eland every time it’s always down.

Im from Miami Florida and I came to this branch since it was the closest one from my sisters house and let me tell you it’s been by far the best TD bank I’ve been to and that’s all thanks to Rebecca Mazler! She was very helpful and insightful! Made a horrible situation of fraud very calming. Definitely would recommend this branch!! They should even give a few pointers to the Miami branch!!!

My husband and I were in the bank today, and required help. Robert Shipko gave us a hand. He is knowledgeable, and quick, but more importantly he is welcoming! I hope TD realizes what a gem they have! Thank you for making today's banking easy Robert!
