I would not be drawn in by their somewhat lower price. The staff is not experienced making me wonder if they are licensed. One worker ruined my eyebrows- cut and waxed so poorly half my brow is gone. Unacceptable and unfair in this town.

i asked for powder gel to be removed. i was quoted $6.00. no big deal. asked me numerous times if i wanted a manicure, gel manicure, massage. repeatedly said no. was charged $15.00. i said, what happened to $6.00. she smiled. i was told i got a manicure with no polish. needless to say i won't be back especially since my nails were not filed and still have residual powder on nails. i can see why it was nearly empty.

I wonder if cash would have gotten me better treatment? ? I’m glad it was a gift card that was used. Place is very nice and clean, getting in to be seen was easy. I presented my gift card and immediately get the up sell for more goods. I get it. No problem. When it happens more then once I get annoyed. The execution of the pedicure from my eyes was not as expected. Yes my feet were super soft but I don’t need to have paraffin left all over my feet. The nails were not smooth to touch. Looks and is rough.Then the manicure was a test for the fastest one in the world record. It just felt as if I was just rushed in and pushed out. “Thank you come again.” No no I will not return. AWFUL!!! Had an appointment 4 a medicure/pedicure once my pedicure was over the woman took me 2 her chair and said now wait 4 ur manicure and took another customer. DON'T U THINK U SHOULD FINISH ME FIRST BEFORE U TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMER! NOW U LOST AT LEAST 6 CLIENTS BECAUSE MY FAMILY COMES HERE BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! Nail salon r a dime a dozens !Service: Pedicure

Love this place! Been coming here for years. I get a gel fill in every 3 weeks and my nails never fall off. They take their time and is very thorough. All of the staff is so friendly! I will continue to come here

I agree with most of the bad reviews. I went with my kids and they weren't patient at all. And I was overcharged for a new set of acrylic and gel pedicure.

Always professional and very clean! Love their Spa pedicure! Mia is great! She takes her time and does a wonderful job! The Gel manicure lasts me 3 weeks! Highly recommend!Services: Pedicures

Definitely overcharged for cucumber spa and gel polish. My manicurist did a poor job of the pedicure as I had to keep pointing out to her what she has missed. No scrub giving of the feet just a light buff. The 10 minutes massage lasted longer than the whole pedicure itself! Wanted a mani too but after the attitude given for the feet I changed my mind. Not sure I'll be spending my money or time here again. Gave 2 stars because of cleanliness and nothing else.Service: Pedicure

They rushed with "cutting my cuticles" for my gel manicure and when i asked them whats up with the oil they (every manicurist place) usually add on before pushing back cuticles and cutting, they said they dont use it for gel. Ive been to many places and they use it everywhere else. Meanwhile, they took their time with the LOCAL long island lady next to me. I shouldnt have tipped her the $3 that i did!If youre not a regular *ahem ahem, and looking for a $27-paint-job then come here. Overpriced paint job and never again would I come here. I wouldve given a 0/5 stars if i could.
