Terrible customer/patient service. Every time you call they immediately put you on hold. When you finally speak to someone they cut you off, don't let you finish, then put you on hold again. Completely incompetent people. Disappointing that these corporations think it's okay to treat patients like this... especially when withdrawing from psychiatric medications because of them!!!!

Very rude over the phone. Didn’t help me initiate a transfer from another pharmacy before bluntly telling me to go talk to my doctor to send it to them instead!

They never have your rx ready . They say 2 hours .. it’s 4 hours. You call and you get a call center that says they’re working on it. This has happened to me numerous times. Today I dropped off and I said how long and he said you’ll get a text …and I said well I’m running errands so I’d like to know how long and he said rudely… you’ll get a text…so I said please ask the pharmacist and she said 1hour….that was 4 hours ago . They are my insurance company’s “preferred pharmacy “but idc I’m going back to CVS

I usually like Walgreens but I was prescribed blood thinners for a heart procedure that I had. The prescription was phoned in 6 days ago and I was told that they were out of stock and would have it soon. They told me it was available in other Walgreens but I am not allowed to drive at this point. This is heart medicine we're talking about. Why can't they get it from another store for me?

I went to the lab today to get blood drawn and of course I was nervous but then I met Iqbal he was very funny and made getting blood drawn very fun and enjoyable this guy needs a raise he was amazing if I could rate this experience more than five stars I would rate it 10 stars.

I should have read the reviews. Not only is walgreens.com corporate customer service useless but this location never answers their phones, places you on hold with no regard for your time and doesn't communicate with you when their printer is broken and your order will be delayed by DAYS. Please do not go here. It's honestly the worst and most frustrating experience and you will be more frustrated than anything.

The phone service is absolutely terrible I tried calling the other day and was on hold for hours and then finally it looked like I was going to be helped and they hung up. This happened 3 times. Walgreens at this location has pissed me off a lot

Found an appointment at this Walgreens for my COVID vaccination, and sure wish my health plan didn't force me to go to CVS. The store seemed clean and organized, and when I went back to the pharmacy, they were prepared for the vaccination. Everything went smoothly. Will remember this store for things other than medications.
