You would have an easier time getting through to the Iranian nuclear facility at Fordow then you would be able to get through to the pharmacy here. If you want to fill up your curse jar, just try navigating through the automated voice system at this Walmart. You will have no problem finding out where they are located, but that is about it. It also keeps asking you for the prescription number when you obviously don't have it yet. The phone system is obviously designed to help them fill more medicine for high blood pressure, even if that wasn't the original issue. Everyone repeat......EXPRESS SCRIPTS.

Horrible place. Prices are ridiculously high and when u download a coupon u can’t use it right away
I’ll stay with CVS prices are better and coupons can be used asap

Place sucks so under staffed
Waited over 15 minutes for them to come open up the lotion cabinet because it was locked then when I asked the lady at the counter with the blonde hair she got nasty I will be calling corporate on Monday

I haven’t ever had a poor experience here. Pharmacy is always busy but they’re attentive and helpful, both in person and on the phone. Laura at the cash register is nice and helpful too. I’m happy this is my pharmacy!

Something has to be done to prioritize prescriptions. My granddaughter had an ear infection and had to wait 4 hours to have her meds filled. Not acceptable. Such a shame. They didn’t even care that she was crying in pain. You’re just a number these days and doesn’t matter the severity of your situation. Shame on you Walgreens!!!

Scheduled an appointment online for a COVID/Flu test. Finally got the tests after waiting for 1/2 hour for the intake person to process the paperwork--it appears that she didn't know what she was doing. Recieved a call from the testing person that the test result was negative, however she just 'learned' that the testing kit expired on the previous day, and she didn't have any that were 'active that is not expired. How does a national pharmacy chain operate in this manner?

Horrible customer service. No cashiers, rude when I asked the photo service where I picked up my photos to help me pay because I had to get home for a meeting in 20 minutes. The blonde woman that did end up helping me in the front was also extremely rude and aggressive. Threw my receipt at me, and unless she owns this Walgreens someone should seriously consider sitting this woman down and explaining to her that she does not. Weirdest experience of all Walgreens experiences. Happy holidays to the just meanest staff I've encountered. I was polite and kind and the staff could at least give back what they're getting.

Clean store. Pharmacy is efficient. Usually short wait. Mostly well stocked to find what you want. I like the order on line and pick up at store service.
