Crooked car dealership,very dishonest.
They do not care about their customers,this business is just looking to line their pockets while emptying yours anyway they can without a care in the world for you or business you brought them. You could spend 100k with their dealership and they will look down at you like you are nothing and treat you like you're stupid.RUN AWAY from this business,there is better dealerships out there that are honest and care about having returning customers. This dealership has the lowest service I have ever seen.

The service department was top notch. I called on a Thursday and the service department got me in on Friday...truck repaired and ready to go on Monday morning.. the service was perfect..great job guys

I love my car I bought but the service after the sale was not there. Brooke was helpful through out the sale in Potsdam. I had questions after and everything was not answered. I get my oil changes done in massena and that’s a great aspect.

Run away from this place. The absolute worst mechanics you could ever have work on your car. They put in my suspension wrong, ruined my tires and then refused to replace them. They never did anything but finally put the suspension in correct after swerving on the highway. 8 months later found out when they put on my new tires I paid for, they never aligned my tires and now they all have to be replaced again. Again RUN AWAY. they are crooks
