The Home Depot in Massena, NY, offers a wide range of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials to local residents. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, particularly noting the hard work of a young employee who assisted with mulch. The store is well-stocked and has good prices, making it a go-to for home projects. However, some customers have experienced challenges, such as needing to visit in person for certain orders and limited selection in the garden center. Despite being smaller than other locations, The Home Depot remains a reliable choice for both quick deliveries and material lists for larger projects.
Shopping for flooring can be incredibly confusing, but Justin made the entire process enjoyable. He was incredibly informative, answered all of my questions with ease, and was so friendly and welcoming. He completely took the stress out of the experience. If you go to this Home Depot, definitely look for Justin!

Justin was amazing in the flooring section. He should definitely get a raise. His attention to detail and guidance helped me and my wife settle on the right products to make our place feel like home.
