The clerk on my visit was very friendly, however I was disappointed with my experience. I came in during my lunch for a wire transfer and was alerted that both individuals that could assist me were on a conference call for an hour. I have never been to a bank that there was nobody that could do a transfer because of a conference call.

Don't go to Key Bank in Massena New York because they will tell you that your account can only be used for social security and unemployment and they won't be able to release any loans. They are scammers and they are thieves

Their overdraft fees are a bit high but other than that, I love this bank. It's a big building and the staff are super polite and helpful. The debit card design is really pretty also.

This is the worst bank that I have ever had to deal with. They are not organized at all and can never seem to give a straight answer, they only blame someone else. The tellers never seem to take their eyes off of the screen when you are talking to them. The management is poor and obviously inexperienced. If you can use any other bank.
