C. is a great person to deal with! I mailed two packages to Japan and she was so sweet and friendly through the whole thing. I came back a few months later with concerns about them being late, but she was never dismissive or rude. It’s so nice to have a pleasant interaction with someone even though a situation might be frustrating or difficult. Thanks for all you do, C.!”
