“I've only been here 5 months, but i've never had an issue with my mail. When i first moved here, i was having some issues with my past forwarding address and getting something dropped off. I spoke to Curtis more than a few times..and he got everything straightened out for me. I appreciated his patience and my calls trying to figure it all out.”

“I recently moved to Ingleside and I love having this full service post office! The ladies are so kind and welcoming. We had a problem with our mail keys and they happily fixed the issue ?”

“A lot of people complaining about Canada Post in general on here, but this is a review specifically for the staff at this store in Shopper’s: C. is a great person to deal with! I mailed two packages to Japan and she was so sweet and friendly through the whole thing. I came back a few months later with concerns about them being late, but she was never dismissive or rude. It’s so nice to have a pleasant interaction with someone even though a situation might be frustrating or difficult. Thanks for all you do, C.!”
