Spectrum Store is a decent place with friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help. A young man was highly professional and courteous, providing great service that saved money. The helpful staff are easier to deal with than the website or phone, especially when downgrading, and they are understanding and not pushy. Service is fast and to the point; customers are in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the staff answers everything.

    We had to pleasure of having a young man, Taylor, help us with my sons bill and saved us money. He is very professional and courteous. You don't always get great service like that at businesses.
