To whom it may concern,Today, me and my wife were supposed to get tested at this Walgreens Location in Massena, NY.We had both our appointments set for 10h30 and 10h45am. We are Canadian citizen and we’re travelling to Plattsburgh, NY for a one day trip.Upon arriving at the Walgreens drive thru, the pharmacist told us, that they no longer offer COVID 19 Rapid IDNOW tests for Canadian.Now…exactly one week and a half ago, I personally did a Rapid ID NOW COVID test at another Walgreens location in Ticonderoga, NY and passed successfully. I received my results in one hour and a half. And managed to cross the border home.Now what the hell IS going on here ?Because of this, we endured a complete nightmare at the customs and may even have to pay a fine of $ 5,000.00 CAD for both of us for not having shown a proof of negative COVID19 result because we had our faith in that Walgreen test !Obviously. Someone has to pay.Please adviseDaniel Desilets

The pharmacy staff couldn't be more helpful. My mother and I had an emergency and they went far above and beyond for us. I know the one staff members name was Becca but unfortunately I never got the name of the other. Incredible people, I bet they get cards around Xmas
