As far as 7/11 goes I'd rate this one a 3 or 4 star but 7/11 usually sucks. Best one is the 7/11 gas stations in particular the one near Patchogue.

Haven’t gone in a few years. Finally went again with a family member visiting and this place is atrocious. Besides the parking lot being a complete train wreck, there was black mold, dirt, and garbage everywhere. Not sure how anyone trusts getting coffee or slurpees. If the general conditions are bad, i dont wanna know how long its been since those machines have been properly cleaned. Wouldn’t even give a 1 star review, i’d give it a 0 and tell everyone to stay clear of this 7-11.

I went to this 7 eleven after work. It was 6:00 in the morning. I wanted to get the pizza deal but the cashier said “No!”
I had purchased bagels from Manhattan Bagel across the street. The cashier wanted me to leave my bag of bagels outside. Of course I refused. He pointed to a sign that I didn’t see.
He began telling me that people are bad. I told him that I felt sorry for him
He was so nasty to me that I felt it necessary to say nice things to him and try to reassure him.
I will never go back to that store. Just sad. He was really nasty.

They fired the kid that actually tried to keep the place decent.. the coffee has been crap since he's been gone. Brazilian coffee used to be nice and strong.. now its always tastes watered down smh... I don't know if they're trying to safe money on coffee or something but its terrible now

I have been hearing that the store temperature is warm because the ac does not work properly which affects the quality of the food on the shelves, also that the hot food is not fresh sometimes and that the place is unkept. I was in there Sunday and grabbed a cup of coffee and a donut both of which were fresh, the temperature in the store seemed fine. I will say that the store does seem unkept. The staff just needs to do a better job of cleaning and the positive reviews will go up

Overall great grab n go store. Maintenance is questionable but aside form that there is a wide selection of cold and hot food items.

On off hours..everything in the hot food is old even the hot dogs. During regular hours Slurpees are barely available. Those are main ticket items. The owner, family have always been caring and now staff are improving. Hope it continues to grow.
