I used to come to this 7Eleven every day when I used to live out here. Never have I ever been talked to so nastily by the staff. Day staff (blonde) was very rude. I come out this way every 2 weeks or so and occasionally have stopped at this location. Unfortunately, I've seen her act like this on multiple occasions. If she's having a bad day, she should keep it to herself and not put it on the customers.

As we all know today is 7/11 in which all 7-Eleven Reward Members are allowed to receive a free slurpee. Well today I observed the employees at this location state to customers that the red light is on and none of the slurpee flavors are ready. This was not true because I watched another customer bypass the employees and fill a slurpee cup (which was not liquid) and the employee became upset because the "cat was out the bag" that the employee bold faced lied in front of many customers. This was unfair and after watching this I would never give this location any of my business. I have worked in retail and I understand when freebies like free items are offered it decreases the total sales. However, as a franchise owner this is part of the business as it's well advertised on this day. Perhaps, in the future they can allow franchise owners to cap the limit of free slurpees. I get the customer side and the business owner side. However, I can't accept lying in front of the customers and yelling from the employee. It was not appropriate and fair to the customer.

Very Early morning coffee is never fresh, found out by accident that there is a fresh brew machine that grinds the beans and brews fresh coffee. If it wasn't for that machine i would be going somewhere else other than 7-11.

This 711 is the absolute worst 711 I've ever been to.. The store hardly has any products.. The owner of this store never honors sale prices and would not honor a posted price when it was rung up wrong.. Over 40 cents he chose not to sell me something and actually pull it back from me behind the counter.. PURE GREED...

Accused of theft, no apology, when proven wrong. Completely disrespectful of women & dismissive to a basic respectful request after (waived his hand to gesture me from store).
