I just called to order a cake over the phone. Whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was asking about different flavors since online was only giving one choice for each cake I looked at. The worker I spoke to very rudely told me that it must be only option if nothing else was listed. She told me that I waited too long and that there's nothing else they can do. I said I'm calling with five days notice and I do it the same time every year (website says they only need 24-48 hours notice). I said that I would look at another location and she sarcastically said "that would be great, thanks so much" and hung up the phone. Extremely disrespectful and I will never be going back to this location again.

Great New Drive through !! But however ; Very sneaky !! BEWARE !! They charged instead of Reg. Milk , Even more $$ for Oat / Almond & extra $$ for Whip cream and when I asked for an cheapiest glazed Donut @$1.15 And to know what that have that would normal same price ; They again charged me for more !! Even though they mentioned to give me the difference it still paid more than the Promo Glazed !!! So a Reg. Normal Iced coffee $6 now cost @$12 !!!! Aweful Perhaps it's back to Starbucks to where they don't charge for Whip cream or the substitute !! It's clearly a substitute Almond & Oat milk even cost a lot less than Real Milk !!! The nerve of there cooperate !!!

Thank you so much for making the perfect iced cold brew and telling me about the 3 bags of coffee deal. The establishment was clean and the counters weren't gross and sticky like most of the Dunkin's in the area are. I wish I got names to shout them out!!

Danielle is the worst person to ever work at that place. She has no customer service skills at all and truthfully made me want to never come back to Dunkin ever again. I would rather drive 30 mins to DUCK DONUTS. She took my order with an attitude and then walked about saying how much she hates doing her job and left me there without even giving me my donuts. If you hate your job you should just quit Danielle. I stood there for 15 mins waiting for someone to finish what they were doing just to give me 3 donuts. Worst service ever. Another day I caught her arguing with a customer about their sister. Very unprofessional. She is the one with the bad lipstick and dirty red hair. Stay away from her. She seems to suffer from people issues. Odd for her to work in a place of customer service and not even like people. And me and my kids have always been nice to everyone there.

Danielle is so horrand has no customer service. I went there with a bunch of kids and she was actually hurrying us to order and yelling so loud. My second bad experience with her .

I come to this location if I am in the area visiting family. I must say, no matter where I have traveled, this is my FAVORITE location. Customer service is always on point along with the drinks. The iced macchiatos taste amazing! I do not like sugars in my coffee. When I order a flavor that has sugar, they actually lessen the pumps so you can taste the coffee. Shout out to this location for properly training their employees to listen and make wonderful drinks!

Everyone at this Dunkin location is absolutely amazing! Each employee is super friendly, personable, and they ALL have my order memorized. They pay attention and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Sam, Danielle and Michelle are angels. I won't go to ANY other Dunkin location (unless absolutely necessary and its a coffee emergency).

I went in today to get a caramel latte and the manger "Danielle" tried getting me to do the new signature drink stating they are the same and if i get the latte the way I asked that she will charge me extra. I tried explaining to her that they are no the same as I tasted it already and she refused to serve me and caught an attitude.. i will NEVET GO BACK AND WILL CONTINUE TO TELL OTHERS TO GO TO THE OTHER 2 locations we have whom are much more respectful to customers.

Bad attitude for one thing! They gave me donuts (wearing gloves) but the gloved hands were touching money previously to me getting my donuts. When I asked for a new donut, the other worker took a bad attitude by grabbing the bag and putting it under the counter and then gave me another donut. Would NOT go back again!
