I cant say enough good things about the store owner, Tony and the installer, Kevin at Carpet Express. The choices and selections at the store are the best on the island! The whole transaction was flawless! Tony gave unmatched customer service and while he knew I was nervous he put me at ease! This was a big job for a summer community we help run and there are many considerations but he assured me it would be perfect and he was right! His installer, Kevin was a perfectionist and by far the best of the best …. 5 stars isn't enough !!!!

Carpet Express did a fantastic job cleaning my basement carpet. Dylan and Rick were on time, professional and courteous. They worked hard to get the job done right and when they were done they left everything spotless. I’ve previously used them to clean my kitchen tile flooring and install new carpet in my living room, which also was done expertly. They are reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Carpet Express!

Tony was amazing to work with for our new carpet for the stair runner and upstairs landing area in my home. Their pricing was unbeatable. Their service was quick, efficient and the work was amazing. Kevin was our installer and he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them, we visited several other carpet places and Carpet Express was the best pricing and they got the order in fast and installation was amazing. Would 1000% use them again !

Thank you Tony and Jimmy! After visiting the showroom (every option under the sun!) we sat down and discussed what we were looking to get done and Tony worked with us to get the best and most practical solution then scheduled an estimate. Tony showed up for the appointment in person and had our quote to us the next morning; work was scheduled and installed within 4 days. The installer was prompt, polite, efficient and whole thing was done in 3 1/2 hours, he cleaned up everything and our basement looks like a completely new space. It wasn’t the biggest job in the world but we were treated as if it was, which we appreciate. This was an amazing experience with very experienced professionals - if you need any type of flooring you need to go to Carpet Express!

We had a great experience working with Tony at Carpet Express in Mastic. I was unsure of what rug I wanted for a large area with stairs. Tony recommended one and we trusted his advice and went with it. We are so happy with the rug. His crew came right on time and did a meticulous job. The rug is beautiful! Carpet-Flooring Express is a five star business operation that offers professional guidance and installation. We had extensive damage to our original flooring and Carpet-Flooring Express came to our rescue.With Tony’s extensive knowledge we installed a new luxury vinyl flooring. The process began with a visit to our home followed by a detailed itemized written proposal for the project. Installation was completed by the company’s professional team. The flooring was flawlessly installed. The results were above our expectations and we have a new home environment! We highly recommend this establishment for any type of flooring.

We always have a wonderful experience when we use Tony and his staff from Carpet Express in Mastic! We used them for all of the rooms upstairs years ago and the carpet still looks great. They did part of our basement and we love the carpet! And just last week they did our living room that we extended. The carpet looks amazing. The guys did a great job. It’s so soft and comfortable, and the lines are so satisfying.! Hahaha ~ Thank you, Carpet Express!! We highly recommend!!!!!

Just had a carpet installed in our master bedroom and had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the store, explained all of our options and worked with us on making sure we got it done and scheduled as soon as they could. Would recommend checking them out for your project needs!

I recently had my wooden floors refinished and, of course, needed to replace my 17 year-old carpets as well. I was referred to Carpet Express by a representative from the refinishing company. WOW! What a great experience, start to finish!! Jimmy helped me with the selection, finding gorgeous, durable carpeting that will withstand dogs and kids. And I can not heap enough praise on my installer, Anthony, as well as his assistant!! He precisely cut and bound the carpets, and he couldn't be more pleasant! Great carpets, great installation, great people! I highly recommended Carpet Express!

I just had a wonderful experience with Carpet Express and wanted to say Thank You and share!After a rather horrible experience with a larger company, my realtor, Jeff Jimenez, had recommended speaking with Tony at Carpet Express. I had just purchased a home and wasted so much time going back and forth with measurement reschedules with the larger company and was abundantly frustrated by the time I met with Tony. His friendly demeanor immediately took my edge off. He then took me through his showroom and it is very clear he knows his stuff. What I appreciated most, I never felt sold; I felt educated.Tony and his team expedited every step of our project and made our new house more of a home by Christmas; under a three week turnaround during the holiday season.The installer, Anthony, was also very personable, pleasant and a hard worker - which is a rarity these days.I cannot thank you all enough for your professionalism, expeditious customer service and just an all around top-notch experience.
