Luna Laundry is truly a gem in Mastic! The owners are incredibly nice and always go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. My mom has been a regular here for a long time, and they’ve always treated her with kindness and respect. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their service. Clean, reliable, FREE PARKING and run by good people — highly recommend!

The owners and who ever I've run into working there are very polite.. very busy.. and they have even went out of their way to make sure I get a machine when they are packed to the gills!!!

My washing machine broke down and I went to leave my clothes to be washed they weighed them and for 54 dollars I would expect them to at least put soap in them but on the contrary they ruined one of my dresses it was very delicate and they just didn't say anything when I went to pick up my clothes, mine was a surprise when I saw it completely burned by the dryer, terrible service, I will never leave my clothes there again, and to think that I left 10 as a tip, that's crazy! ?

I have been washing for more than 2 years in this laundry and for me it is very good. The owners are very friendly. Personally, I have always been very satisfied with the service.

I went here to dry some clothes and when I was finished the woman working there told me that I had to pay $1 to use only the dryers. I went back to dry clothes a week later and immediately gave her the dollar. As I loaded the dryer she came over to me and told me it was going to be an extra dollar because it was a larger dryer. Her reasoning was that using the dryers uses gas. As though the dryers were free to use and didn't cost money for every few minutes. She was rude and illogical and I ended up leaving and going down the road to the Dunkin Donuts parking lot (1495 Plaza) and used the Wash & Fold Laundromat where there was no issue.

I have been dropping my laundry off there for about 2 years . The owners are great. They are so nice. Always have my clothes done when they say they will. They call if they finish my clothes sooner. The prices are good. And they are very accommodating.❤❤❤❤❤

I come here a few times a month and have never had any issues! The change machine works well, the laundromat is clean, all the machines work properly, and the people who come here and work here are nice. Convenient location. It's now called Luna Laundry.

Literally just kicked us out because they wouldnt allow us to dry clothes that we didnt wash there.
