My Hero!! My phone took a pretty bad fall into a river when on vacation and I thought all was lost! I took it in to Mr. Tech Pro and he was able to fix my phone the same day!! My phone was a disaster but he didnt give up and performed the best cell phone surgery I have ever witnessed!! Thank you for saving my phone!! Lifelong customer now for sure!

The owner Eddie was a great help. I shattered my iPhone and helped me repair it so we could see if it was still able to work. It was damaged beyond repair so he helped me step by step on what I should do regarding it. Didn’t charge me a dime, was a great and helpful person in all aspects. I would 10/10 recommend this shop for anyone and I will definitely be coming back here any time I have issues with any of my devices based on how genuine and helpful he was. Thanks again Eddie!

Huge fan of this place! My sister always spoke highly of Mr. Tech Pro, having been stressed from phone related emergencies. She raved of the owner being friendly, receptive and refreshingly honest. I couldn't agree more! I recently had trouble with my USB charging port and he was fantastic. I was incredibly stressed and between him being patient as I stammered an explanation and the chants he has playing in the store, he helped enormously with the stress. A part did need to be ordered so I did have to return the next day, and my damaged USB port was repaired and ready to go in less than a half an hour. There are definitely a lot of different phone stores around, but I completely recommend Mr. Tech Pro. They're fast, honest, reliable and kind.
