“Karen and her crew were reliable, punctual and a pleasure to work with!! We hosted a large Fall Festival at Medford Multicare for the local community and they certainly delivered for us! Our pumpkin patch and grounds of our facility were beautifully decorated with 400 pumpkins, corn stalks , hearty mums, hay bales, etc. Thank you again! We’ve been using them since before their relocation from Medford to Mastic! Looking forward to using them again for the upcoming holidays to decorate with their kissing balls for Christmas time!”

“We had Decorative Gardens come and help plan out the landscaping for our front yard. Stacy was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and willing to work with what we had as well! They were quick with the turnaround for our estimate, as well as for scheduling the date for install! They were happy to move the current boxwoods we had, replant them as well as fill in our front beds with other beautiful plants and shrubs. Thanks to Decorative Gardens, our front landscaping has been elevated to what we've always wanted. Also - I've bought so many plants from them over the years, and all have done well and lasted us a long time. Highly recommend!”

I’ve been getting material from this yard over30 years — the original owner passed it down to his son, who is doing a fantastic job keeping everything running exactly as it should. The staff and crew are friendly, efficient, and make ordering and delivery a breeze. Always reliable — highly recommended! thanks for the help this week Damien and Leanne You saved Easter!”

“Was here today at the Shirley store to pick up 6 various items that fit in my shopping cart.As I got on a short line at self checkout, I had Mary ask me if she could help with scanning so I said sure.By the time she was done I had my card ready to swipe and was on my way in no time.I noticed she was doing that with other customers which showed she cared enough about helping move the line and not just watching like you see in other stores.Nice experience at the self checkout!”

“UPDATE- 12/9/23I decided to call and ask if I was still on Que for delivery, the gentleman that answered the phone apologized for the inconvenience and got the wood delivered to me right away and even waived the delivery fee.Placed an order for 1/2 cord of seasoned wood today in the afternoon, when I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very courteous. She even told me that they could deliver the wood today which sounded perfect and that the driver would call me when they were enroute. Fast forward to 8:15pm I never received a phone call or told that my order would not be fulfilled today. Spent the day home waiting on this order which never came. Very disappointing I was really looking forward to trying their seasoned wood based off the reviews I read.”

“I am Antheny, I visited Home Depot on April 14th with the intention of purchasing a BBQ grill. During my visit, a staff member—a young woman with a long ponytail—kindly directed me to check the display in the Number 1 area. I went there and found the grill, but another employee informed me that it was out of stock. Disappointed, I turned back with my friends. A short while later, I met the same associate again near the self-checkout area. She asked if I was able to find the grill, and I explained the situation. Without hesitation, she asked me to follow her and went out of her way to assist me further. She spoke with another colleague, Mr. Chris, and continued to make every effort to help. Thanks to her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile, I was ultimately able to purchase the grill. I truly appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and warm, friendly demeanor. Employees like her are a great asset to the company. I ended up spending over $800, and it was largely because of her exceptional service that I chose to complete my purchase. I am writing this using a computer of my friend. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her. Thank yuou.”
