“I was camping in montauk on the outer beach. We packed up and left and while my wife and kids were in our vehicle behind me she calls and said somethings wrong with the truck. We pull over and the belt snapped so the truck wasnt able to limp home. As we scrambled at 9pm on a Saturday in amaganset to regroup and get home I found carmines number and called them for a tow home. Mentally prepared myself for an outragous fee because of where we were on a Sat night and needed quick assistance. I was pleasantly surprised that I was lucky enough to find his help. He has my business from now on when and if I need a vehicle transported again which im sure I will. If you need help for a situation like I did I would absolutely call him first. Its nice to know their are still good people in the world.

“We have been coming to the shop for the past number of years and more than pleased with the service. They always do an amazing job. We recently had our 2018 Honda Civic repaired from deer damage and it looks brand new. Added bonus, the car was cleaned inside and out and it looks more like a 2026 Honda Civic!

“My experience with Kurt from Turning Wheels was amazing! Kurt was heaven sent! We lost the keys to our rental and needed towing services. Kurt (Turning Wheels) kept us informed of his ETA at all times, explained every step of the process, and also (which he did not need to) contacted the car rental emergency services line, to ensure that we were safe (it was dark and rainy) and got a ride home. “I had an amazing experience getting my inspection done at Neptune! I needed an inspection ASAP and had already been waiting at another inspection spot (M***S) near Shirley for two hours, only to be told I’d have to wait even longer.
I came to Neptune, and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! They were extremely quick, responsive, and provided excellent service. Great couple of guys who clearly care about their customers and their business.
