“Island Hookah is one of if not the best Vape/Smoke shops that I've been to. I went there about 20 minutes before closing on a friday. The gentleman Bobby who works there was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very patient, I didn't feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable or like I was inconveniencing anyone in any way especially being that I went there right before closing. I had many questions all of which Bobby was able to answer. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but Bobby helped me figure out and find the best budget friendly product for me. “Absolutely amazing selection of products. I bought a new Novo3 which they had a nice variety of colors which was cool. I couldn't help from buying a few other pieces including my new favorite raw tray and smell proof bag. I will definitely be frequenting this joint, living in bellport so I'm nice and close. Highly recommend this shop and I never do this review thing however i was very impressed with the shop and made it 10x better was the shops owner who was cool aS can be. “Ignore the review from Nia Ortiz. Any pen will leak if you don't store it properly (too warm a space) or leave it upside down so the liquid can leak into the coil or gum up the mouth piece.
The fryd's here are legit. I get them regularly and they are fine.
Been a customer here since my teens and I'm in my late 30s now. This place is great. Staff is helpful and chill. Great selection of products at a fair price.
Some of these negative reviews are just from whiny customers that can't admit fault, are upset the store closes when understaffed (which is rare), or dislike the pricing.
I've never had a single complaint shopping here in over 15 years.”
