  This company does not take responsibility when they make mistakes. I was billed to remove a service and when I called to tell them I was upset and they did not do it the son Jimmy was irate. I told him to calm down and he hung up on me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The dad owns the business and is very rude, the son is lost in his shadow and bitter. Very toxic, terrible customer service and overpriced.

  I have been using VEP with my business for years and cannot say better things about Vinny,Jim and Ken very knowledgeable and available which makes my life easier when managing a 30 million dollar company IT needs . Prices are competitive and fair. If You’re thinking about using their services , look no further. I highly recommend VEP

  If you are looking to get your PC, laptop, cell phone, or other device fixed properly and efficiently, DO NOT go here. I am in the computer security field and was recommended by a client to go here for hardware repair. My sister's laptop had some minor liquid damage. Usually, we would just drop it off at Best Buy, but for the sake of time, we chose VEP and also thought it would be nice to support local business. I was wrong. Not only was the laptop repaired incorrectly once, but four times. After the 4th time with the mouse pad being installed incorrectly, lagging, and glitchy, my sister and I gave up and had to purchase a new laptop. The man behind the counter tried to make what he was doing sound complicated so a person with no tech knowledge would not understand him and just take his word for it, so he was unpleasantly surprised when I knew exactly what he was saying. He claimed he couldn't get a new keyboard when he actual could and then ended up ordering it. He gave us back our laptop with scratches all over the cover and on the base of the laptop by the mouse pad. It was also covered with some type of dust in all of the fine lines around the keyboard. I'm writing this to help anyone out before they drop off their device so that they get it fixed the right way and not have their device tied up for days, weeks, or even months. Go to a professional or reputable company. This was an awful experience. And to top it off, every time we would walk in the shop it wreaked of cigarettes. 😔

  I have been working with VEP for over 20 years. They have always been professional and efficient. Have always come when we needed them and always find a way to help us and save us money in the process. Ken and Jim are extraordinarily knowledgeable about any hardware or software issues. If you are like me and know nothing about computers you need a partner like VEP

  The law firm I was Office Manager for utilized VEP services for 15+ years up until the owners retired and the firm closed. Had that not happened we would still be working with them. The staff is highly knowledgeable and when it was time for us to upgrade our servers etc., they knew exactly what was needed to keep the firm running efficently. Whether it was an on site visit for a problem or over the phone assistance Jimmy, Kenny and Dennis always came through. They are honest and prices are reasonable. I know a number of my former coworkers, as well as myself have continued to use VEP for our personal computer issues. You will not be disappointed with the services they can provide.

  I have been dealing with VEP for over 20 years and have never had any issue they did not respond to immediately. They are true professionals, honest and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to multiple firms and the response has always been “thanks kim, they helped us so much and we will continue to use and refer them”.

  My company has been using VEP for more years than I even remember, the customer service and support is the best! Whenever we call, someone gets back to us quickly and always resolves our issues!!! We love VEP!!!!

  They are knowledgeable, courteous and give you that personal "question & answer " attention that you dont get anywhere else And their prices are very reasonable given all the work they do !
