“nothing but pleasant experiences here. all the tellers are nice, and the other employees are very friendly. dealing with closing out my moms account when she passed, was very easy, and the account manager was super nice. i have never had more than 1 or maybe 2 people in front of me in line, and it went very fast. When i lost my ATM card, they let me know which branch could print one for me same day.”

“Hi! I love People's United Bank! What I don't love, however, is the card reader that opens the ATM at the bank's freakin' headquarters not working for TWO months or more! WTF!! Mentioned this problem to employees inside the bank three weeks ago and they said it was being addressed. What happens this weekend, as the People's United Bank HQ freakin' headquarters is being used for a rappelling-down-the-building fundraiser?!? People still can't use the freakin' ATM because the card reader is still not working! You can't make this up. Hope the rappelling folks didn't need an ATM! Had a fun time talking with ATM customers about this ongoing problem though! Carry on!”

“A few years, I started saving with Bethpage Federal Credit Union (now rebranded as Four Leaf Federal Credit Union). As FLFCU, they still have the same helpful, competent people and they continue to offer the same good experience every time I do my banking. I am really happy with the service as well as their innovative ways to help my money grow, including a current high rate for a Money Market account and their matching CD rates with any bank that may have a higher rate for a particular term.
