I waited so long in the pharmacy line my car registration was expired by the time I left . I have never got out of this pharmacy line in under 25 minutes . 5 people behind the counter ,One helping customers . Employees are nice though .

I rarely leave reviews but 45 minutes I have been on hold trying to speak to the pharmacy simply to find out if something is ready. The store has gone down hill terribly - prepare for a 15 minute wait to pick something up from the pharmacy - often times it is not ready. So much for small town living - the staff in this store is clueless - either new or not trained properly - their supply chain is awful with things not restocked - recently vitamin d sold out - seriously ??? it's a mess overall - looking at my phone i have been on hold for 56 minutes - for good measure I am sending this comment to the ceo and board of directors - time to switch pharmacy's -

I went to use the restroom with my young niece and found this disgusting bacteria breeding ground. This is a pharmacy where people go to get "healthy" I was appalled by the condition of this restroom.... and then to see a separate bathroom for the employees? Wonder if that bathroom has seen a cleaning in the last 6 months because I am sure the restroom for customers has NOT! DISGUSTING, CVS management should be ASHAMED!!!

On my way to receive my prescriptions I've noticed the quality of the store has deteriorated. There is one specific interaction that happened with a very uneducated and moralless employee S.N which terminated any other future trips to this establishment. Just go to the Riverhead one!

Super friendly and helpful spot. I went to pick up a mask cuz didn't have one in the car. I had to cover my mouth with napkin and everyone was friendly and nice to let me go ahead and pick up several masks. No one was upset but very helpful - both staff and customers.

Warning: If you fill a prescription here, they will pursue you monthly by automated phone call, twice a day. (I filled one prescription there, and since then continued with my regular pharmacy). There seems no way to turn it off electronically. I've spoken to a pharmacist twice: once to no avail, and today got hung up on. I have blacklisted their phone number.
