I was expecting subpar service based on the comments I’d read, but my experience was the complete opposite. I called right at opening (10 AM on Saturday), and the automated system was seamless and easy to navigate. I left a message and received a callback within 30 minutes—much faster than I expected.
The pharmacist offered a prompt solution to my prescription issue and answered all my questions clearly. My prescription was ready just 20 minutes later.
Outstanding service. You guys rock—thank you!

The employees are always helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is another bright spot here. Professional, courteous and caring. The cashiers are always helpful and never rushing people through. Great place.

Pharmacy hours are terrible. The pharmacy lines are always very long, and you will wait a considerable amount of time. The pharmacy is a nightmare. If you have to go plan on waiting a long time on line.
It seems strange that there are so many bad reviews with a canned answer that CVS cares yet the problems continue.

The worst pharmacy. They managed to mess up my prescription 3 times and we drove back twice in 1 day and it still wasn't ready. This was after I left a message and they never called me back to say there was any problem. Stay away and go somewhere else

I will NEVER return to this store after today’s experience with the pharmacist there. I switched over from the local mom and pops pharmacy only bc of the hours available. While I was standing there waiting for 20 mins they closed the gate and refused to give me my medication. I will return to the local pharmacy where the pharmacist actually care about their customers. Go to corporate places get corporate experience where you are just another sheep in the herd.

I have never been treated in such a manner in the half of decade of being on the same medication. But for some reason the pharmacist RPH Keira! Has discriminated against me for nothing, proceeds to lie about the real reason.. Even my Doctor was astounded by the logic considering the lie made by her. Complained with CVS corporate Nothing. Well see what NY board of medicine says, as well as the complaints filed with ADA. If you value your time and life. Don't waste your time here.

I have never seen a pharmacy so overwhelmed and poorly managed as this CVS location. Whether it's a staffing issue or just way too many customers for the facility to handle, the result is the same: unacceptable wait times, long lines, and frustrated patients.
Picking up a simple prescription shouldn’t feel like an hours-long ordeal, yet that’s exactly what happens here. Every time I visit, there’s a long line stretching through the store, with customers visibly irritated and staff scrambling to keep up. The employees themselves are doing the best they can, but it’s clear they’re either severely understaffed or expected to handle a workload that is completely unrealistic.
CVS needs to either properly staff this pharmacy or seriously consider opening another location nearby, perhaps in Southold, to alleviate the pressure. Patients rely on this service for their health, and making them wait endlessly just to pick up necessary medications is absolutely unacceptable.
Until changes are made, I strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible.

Terrible customer service and the CVS corporate IT Department should be fired. Worst automated self service phone system in existence. If they wanted to improve they could call customers like me for constructive feedback. I have worked in telecom writing and supporting Interactive Voice Response systems for Fortune 500 companies for 30 years. Help me help you.

CVS has the best mobile app. You click on coupons of things, then you go shop and you save soo much money. My bill went down 50%. Amazing

They added self-service kiosks and have their cashier teaching people to use them - training customers so they can be inevitably replaced.It's not the employee's fault, and I hold no ill-will towards them.It is so depressing seeing every business cut out every low-paying job, hurting the community in the process, and expecting us to support it.I don't work for you, and I won't support a business that doesn't support its community.Stop hurting people to make a few extra dollars.

Male pharmacist is imperious and condescending to customers . He does a disservice to the store and it’s general manager . Would not look good to corporate management.The other staff are very capable, if you are having trouble retaining good people look here first.

Employer offers job positions and leaves people waiting over a month only for them to rescinded it. Also skeleton crew all the time. This seems to be by design. Stay away this place is better off out of business.
