“Brian is great but Sears Appliance Repair knew he wad put sick for ten days and never sent another repair person. Therefore, they canceled 1/3/24 and moved to 1/12/24. Then they moved out to 1/27/24. Thos refrigerator repair started 12/8/23. We had to go without refrigerator through Christmas and New year's eve. My husband I a diabetic and has to refrigerate his meds. This was an emergency situation and you CANNOT SPEAK to local dispatcher. You are connected with a answering service in another country. I was without refrigeration from 12/8/2023 to 1/17/2024. 37 days without refrigerator.ars”
