If you want to get the best customer service and product knowledge go see him he is amazing and is a wealth of knowledge. He has always been great to work with whether it’s been a small purchase or large. His follow up and care for his customers is unmatched. If I could give him 10 stars I would he deserves it. I was transferring a number to Cricket and ran into some problems with accounts/passwords etc. She was very patient and helped me find the info I needed, looking things up online and making calls to tech support, all while assisting other customers who came into the store. She never got impatient or made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time (I was there for about an hour.) Thank you Tehara so much for your help and my sister loves her new phone!”

“I have been a repeat customer of Hampton Navigation for many years. Most recently, they installed a KVH LTE WiFi dome on my new boat. To no fault of theirs, the unit died on me at 3pm, the night before a big trip. I called Dianne at the shop. She advised me that they had an exact replacement in stock. With the aid of KVH's amazing customer service, they had the new unit installed and running live before 6pm that day. Kudos to a job well done.”

“Its a fairly new and remodeled store that has moved from a different location. New management and staff. The store is a little small and sometimes lines get backed up but they don't have a sign in system or "take a number" policy. Helpful and patient and always willing to go beyond just "turn it off and turn it back on" Things to note: prices and promotions change often no payment kiosk cash or debit only good variety of accessories for current phones parking is a little limited the store is in an easy to find location”

“This morning, I walked into the 7-Eleven made my coffee and I lost a $20 bill between my truck and making my coffee the bill was nowhere to be found they gave me a complementary coffee I walked out of the store was sitting in my truck in disbeliefThat I just lost my $20 that I had for the day, one of the workers Sean Glogg and his co worker Big T , Walked out of store and handed me a $20 bill I asked him if he found it on the floor and he said no Sean and big T both took $10 out of their pocket and put it together and gave it back to me, I was in shock these two workers need to be recognized for their kindness please corporate if you read this reach out to your store 245 West Main St.Store number 38 488 And give them the credit they deserve they are great people you hired take care of them thank you”

“I mostly stopped in to this 7-Eleven to use the restroom but after that business was taken care of, I got a drink too. Four stars for being convenient, open and reasonably clean. Thank you. The store is small and so it is a little bit cluttered. They still manage to pack the usual Slushees and hot dogs and convenience items. I got a coffee and scanned the 7-Eleven app on my phone to earn my way towards a free drink. Small parking lot, small store. They do not have a gas station here. “David provided service on my 2019 Catamaran when I was in Port Washington, NY. After having many issues with the electronics and numerous technicians he was the only one who knew his way around a current state of the art system. Techs like him are hard to find in the boating industry. I cannot say enough about him.”
