On 3 separate occasions, the older man who attends the pumps has attempted to steal money by pumping high octane gas into my vehicle. I’m always clear that I want “87” regular gas, yet he pumps higher octane fuel. On the latest occasion I tilted my mirrors prior to arriving to ensure I wasn’t going crazy, and to my surprise, the highest available octane was toggled. I got out of my car and said give me my card, and he claimed he has troubles hearing.If this had only happened once, it wouldn’t be a problem. But here we are, sitting at 3 strikes. Avoid this scammer and gas station altogether.

Good gas prices pumped by attendant at no extra charge. My favorite gas station on Northfork as gas is pumped for me and I am physically handicapped at this time. Masks worn by attendants and I have known the gas attendant for over 14 years and he checked my oil as my engine red light was on and put in the needed 2 quarts of oil and my engine light went off when I left the station. I was very grateful for his help. Open 7 days a week and late. Gas prices competitive with Riverhead prices which are the lowest out here but this station in Mattituck on Main Road is best for my needs and gas stations this far east on the northfork are all self-serve with the exception of this station and one other smaller non Gulf station in Cutchogue, but I prefer Gulf gas. Best price for cash and best service ?
