Lots of fun activities and animals for the kids to enjoy! They also sell some really good produce and homemade jams and even salad dressing.

It doesn’t feel good to write this review, but I am very unhappy with my experience this year with Harbes Farm. I am a teacher and planned to make Harbes an annual field trip for my students, some who have never visited a farm before, after our first field trip there last year (which was absolutely amazing… the activities, the staff, etc.)Working for a very low-income community requires some creativity when planning field trips, as many of the student’s families cannot afford the cost of field trips plus the astronomical cost of busing. This year, we were given the opportunity to apply for grant funding for this field trip, provided that Harbes submit proof of insurance to the district. Harbes refused to do so and when I spoke to the person in charge she was very rude and simply told me that they “had never been asked to do that before.” Unfortunately, because of this I lost the grant funding and was forced to cancel the trip.I understand we are just one of many schools who visit Harbes farm every year and that they are under no obligation to accommodate us, however I truly feel that Harbes put profit over community. They took away the possibility of my students to enjoy a field trip to their farm.

A nice place but the way they raise prices non stop is absolutely ridiculous. The food/produce/donut/pies are extremely overpriced. We've been going here every fall for over 10 years and its gotten completely out of control. Each item goes up about $2 each season, for the exact same thing. $10 for 6 little donuts, 9.50 for one candy apple, its a joke. The entry fee for the barnyard area is around $30 per person, pay extra if you want food to feed the animals, and then you pay even more if you want to do a hay ride, which is less than 5 minutes long with really nothing to look at. They really need to stop expanding and overdoing it because all they are doing now is trying to squeeze every penny out of people.

Had a blast with my friends. They have stuff for all ages. Only $1 for goat and sheep food. Animals all looked healthy and happy. Staff was friendly. 10/10

I had lots of fun here and wonderful spot to bring kids to learn a little about nature and do activities with animals. Also for me I was able to take such great pictures. I absolutely loved it

This was sooooo much fun !!!! I would do it again !!! Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly, so we didn't bother see the animals. We ordered hot dogs, potato chips which was made locally so delicious, apple cider donuts, apple cider and apple La mode. The apple la mode was soooo delicious. It was a hot apple crisp with vanilla ice cream on top. The bathrooms were clean and it had tissue and soap. The only thing I can personally say they need to do better on is the apple cider. It's just apple juice not cider. They need to change that lol. There's no cloves or cinnamon is anything in that just apples. Overall, I would love to come here next year and see the animals and pick some apples. There's also live music.

I have been going to the Harbes family farm for many years.I haven’t been there for 2 years went back today just to get some of that famous popcorn and mums and some pumpkins. I went to the store just east of the family farm. When I went to pay the young lady at the front cash register area said if you have been coming here you know we don’t take cash. I didn’t mind the fact that I didn’t have my credit card and only had about $150 in items but it was her disrespectful tone. What a shame. I understand people have bad days and I would have come back had she been a little nicer but I went west to a different place that I had never been near rt/43 and sound ave.Although I didn’t bring home the Harbes famous bagged popcorn the lady at the other place was friendly and took cash.

Fun place for kids and adults! This isn't the Harbes Orchard, this is the farm so parts of it are free to roam. Don't miss the buttered dip corn, there are plenty of spaces to sit. Also the winery and the nibbles are great for adults. Lots of pumpkins to choose from and for an additional price, enter the gated area for a playground and animals. Across the street you can get a wagon and pick your pumpkins, you can also choose to pay to do their maze. We love coming here to hang out.

It's always a pleasure to visit Harbes Orchard. You get all the Fall feels in one place. Festive music, giant pumpkins, apple cider donuts, families wearing flannel, a little bit of everything. This is my second time going and it was just as nice as the first. Be it with a huge family or with your significant other, the experience is as fun as you make it. The Robinhood corn maze was cute, especially for the little ones. They have different areas to order food, basically corn on the cob and hotdogs. The Apple picking was quite enjoyable. The day we visited the apples to choose from were Keepsake, Snapdragon, and Crimson Crisp, to name a few. If you have any questions about where to find each variety, there are plenty of workers available to assist you. Yes, you do pay a bit much for a small bag of apples but it's about making new and exciting memories which is priceless! If you do plan to visit, which I recommend, they do have two additional areas to visit. The barnyard which is a children's play area and their family farm which sells produce and ice cream, we liked the honey lavender, pumpkin, and Apple cider donut flavors. If you don't feel like driving all the way upstate to go Apple-picking, Harbes is the next-best solid option.

Terrible. It's disgustingly crowded as if it's a concert. Waiting on lines to order food was an hour long. They ran out of food. There's no crowd control and allow everyone in. Awful time.

I am guessing I am not their target audience, as it is a FAMILY farm and I went with one of my girlfriends on a random weekday. However, we had a lot of fun! We only stayed for about an hour (and I about 20 minutes of that time was just as taking pictures) but between the food, the cute animals, and the gorgeous lands itself, it is worth a stop if you are out east.We didn't do the Vineyard (which would have been the most age appropriate activity) but I do hope to go back and do that because we popped inside and it looked fun.

I've been here twice for the Harbes Barnyard Adventure. My library offers passes to go here for free admission. They have so many different options for kids, a hayride, a mountain goat slide, a bouncy house, a sunflower field. You can feed the animals, you can buy gems to mine for $10. My son loves it here, we've gone twice. They have a ton of different food options, I love the apple cider doughnuts.

Lots of kids today. Not much for adults. Staff are welcoming. For pig race they have 5 pigs run for 10 seconds so that ends pretty fast. We actually went there for watermelon festival paid with $25 each into the farm, just us two adults. Each of us only had one piece of watermelon at the end. They do not compete who eats the most, but who eats the fastest with only one piece of melon offered. This rule was not provided in their advertisement so we are a bit disappointed.
