Looked at reviews from 3-6 yrs ago no change! Washers out of order, dryers not hot! Took 45 mins to dry a throw, still wet! Drop off service is wonderful. For the rest ... bad!

Website says 10pm closing time you call the phone it says 10pm closing time why you close at 8:45?
