Could not ask for a better experience. I went in to buy a new Stihl saw, ended up walking out with two. Local legacy owned family business. Katy is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and set me up with two fantastic saws. Northeastern is my go to for power equipment.

Customer service is great, never had a problem with my chainsaw, blower, pressure washer. Mowing an acre comes with ease on the SCAG turf tiger. Takes me 45 mins.
