SUPER GREAT AND HELPFUL!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I needed a car inspection which I was running late on getting! I called on a late Friday afternoon and they got me in the next morning at 11! It was super easy~ I dropped off my car and they called me within 45 minutes when it was ready! Everyone was super nice and friendly! The office is around the back which I didn’t know but found it! I parked in front but also realized there was an entrance right next to magic fountain on main rd. to pull into a parking lot! Overall definitely recommend as a 5 star auto care service center on the North Fork!

Sergio and his crew was great .we came in from CT and hit a pot hole. We called and he was able to get us in right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and order the part in minutes. As soon as the part came in he let us know to come down and put the part in right away. So helpful and efficient. So glad we called him first. Definitely reccomend him for any issues you have. 5 star service!

Absolutely delightful and of course dedicated and talented staff. They will fix your car issue, and keep you in the loop as to how the process is going. Plus won’t make you wait two weeks to see ‘the doctor.’ Honest, inexpensive, and totally recommended.

Was told about this place by a friend who raved about them. Have gone several times since (my car is old) & have had nothing but good experiences each time. The guys are friendly & efficient. The prices are more than fair & if it's a small issue, they often take you right away. Finding a good, honest repair shop is not easy. Luckily I found A & C.

Staying in Southold for the July 4th weekend w/ my family and my old land cruiser’s transmission began slipping to the point it stopped shifting. A&C was the only place open in the area, called them and told me to bring it in early afternoon. Had AAA tow me there. Got there by 1:30pm. They replaced the transmission line which was leaking, refilled my fluid, test drove it to ensure that fixed it and nothing was wrong with the transmission. And they had me back on the road by 3:45pm on a Saturday. The cost to fix it was also super reasonable. And now I had a way to actually get my family home off the island!

Bad service. I wouldn't recommend this place. I brought my car in to fix a problem and they didn't fix it. And I wanted my money back and they could take the part they exchanged for me and they refused to give me my money back. Really, really bad place, don't even think about bringing your car there.
Bad service i would not recommend this place i brought my car to fix a problem and they didn't fix it instead they changed something else that was still good and when i told them that they didn't fix my car problem. I have been taking my car here for the past few months since bringing it to NY from CA. I had great mechanics in CA and was nervous to try somewhere new. The staff here are so nice, really helpful, and do a great job. Prices are reasonable and I've been able to make appointments on Saturdays which is great since I work M-F in the city. Will absolutely continue to come here!
