The pharmacist at Mattituck store was extremely rude. I work in customer service and I would never treat someone like this. I gave the RX coupons to other stores and they were so nice but this one was so rude and acting like I was such a problem…Personally I think she should be fired for laughing at the fact that I needed a discount. Not all of us have covering insurance.

Genuinely the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever come across, completely out of control rude for no reason at all. Avoid avoid avoid, go to Barths or CVS or anywhere else or even the walgreens in Riverhead but save yourself from completely unnecessary rude behavior

Store staff ever so polite with excellent customer service skills!!!!
Pharmacy staff ever so professional with expedited delivery of medications!!
Store is a blessing to the residents of Mattituck!!!!

Walgreens uses “BAIT AND SWITCH” for their prescription prices. Although I have had all my prescriptions filled at Walgreens for over ten years, I use the Walgreens’s website’s “Saver” part of their Rx website to get reduced prices. However, when I arrive at the pharmacy, they don’t honor their own coupon prices. They charge me much higher prices. Time to go to CVS or another pharmacy, unfortunately.

Rude cashier. Waited almost 10 min in almost empty store, then told there was 1 line for both registers, while others who came later were served first. There must be other places to make similar purchases.

I know this pharmacy is highly utilized because it’s an in network for many state issued insurances- there’s usually a wait, because of short staffing… yada yada. I called today and expected a headache but Laura went above and beyond for me. She even remembered my name and didn’t have to ask twice. I appreciate employees like her and think she deserves recognition for being so professional in what I would think can be a stressful job. Thank you, Laura!

There is a woman named Laura who works in the pharmacy that is very rude..they really need to replace her. She isn't very kind and doesn't speak very nicely to people. I've been in there numerous times and when I see that she is working in the pharmacy I leave or wait for another person who works back there to help me..you guy's really to replace her.

Why is the inventory of this Walgreens so little compared to Riverhead? The Riteaid had much more to offer compared to this store. It's really annoying when I go in there and they don't carry what I need. All that space and the store is barely stocked. I miss Riteaid, I have to order from Riteaid online which is ridiculous.

I go to Walgreens because they're good at their job. Who goes to a drugstore to make friends? It's not Hello Cupid. The pharmacists, like all pharmacists these days, are overworked. I work at a hospital and all I have are stories about ungrateful patients, friends and families of said patients and a lot of people who never learned how to be an adult. God forbid someone has to wait 5 minutes, and then they start huffing and puffing and sighing, trying to make eye contact with someone else on line who shares their sensitivities. Walgreens is fine, so what if this particular store is a little janky, call HQ if you're clutching your pearls.
