Why is the inventory of this Walgreens so little compared to Riverhead? The Riteaid had much more to offer compared to this store. It's really annoying when I go in there and they don't carry what I need. All that space and the store is barely stocked. I miss Riteaid, I have to order from Riteaid online which is ridiculous.

I go to Walgreens because they're good at their job. Who goes to a drugstore to make friends? It's not Hello Cupid. The pharmacists, like all pharmacists these days, are overworked. I work at a hospital and all I have are stories about ungrateful patients, friends and families of said patients and a lot of people who never learned how to be an adult. God forbid someone has to wait 5 minutes, and then they start huffing and puffing and sighing, trying to make eye contact with someone else on line who shares their sensitivities. Walgreens is fine, so what if this particular store is a little janky, call HQ if you're clutching your pearls.

Just in there this morning thought getting my prescription was going to take time but it was really fast. And the lady who helped me was very helpful. All these bad reviews to me are way off.

Terrible customer service. Went in for passport photos, cashier calls manager. Says manager performs photos. Walks over to tell me camera is broken and to come back in the morning lol. I was the only one in the store. You are better off closing 4pm. Not getting any service in this store.

Transfer all your prescriptions to CVS across the street. The Pharmacy people are always super rude. Always an issue

This Walgreens pharmacy is closed weekends and doesn't reopen until Monday. What kind of rinky dinky operation is this? Clearly they don't value the community.

Wow this place is just a terrible experience. Rarely do they have enough staff to check you out rapidly. Spent 15 minutes on line yesterday to buy a card when only 2 customers in front of me. They have not had air conditioning for some time, making the experience just painful. The are a major company. Get the AC fixed.I don’t recall ever having a positive experience here. I vowed yesterday to not go back until they get new and professional management. CVS across the street is much more pleasant.

This store is disgraceful. It looks like it hasn't been up dated since the 1960s, and the air conditioning hasn't worked all year (it didn't work last year either). They have giant loud machines blowing hot air out of the store and into the main walk in area. The worst thing is the pharmacy recently closed for several days with no advance notice or preparation. Walgreens claims they cannot transfer any medications that were called in and have been filled. No one is allowed back in the pharmacy area - including the manager. Apparently they are unable to find a pharmacist - so they simply decided to close the pharmacy for several days, instead of having a pharmacist come over for 2 to 4 hours from Riverhead and transfer the medications to another store. This is one of the worst managed stores I have seen, and Walgreens is making no effort to correct the situation. The employees look miserable because customers are upset and they are unable to help them. Sadly Walgreens does not understand or value Customer Service, and they are decades away from any digital transformation that we all see with every other pharmacy.

The way the phone gets answered by the employees at this place is ridiculous. I work in retail myself and would never get away with this . I got laughed at and hung up on. Imagine?

Speaking for myself, I deal with this pharmacy all the time and I have never had any complaints with any aspect of their service. I always find them to be friendly and helpful.

This place is a disaster. The pharmacy is a complete mess. I am going to drive to a drugstore 11 miles away to avoid hassles with this people. I honestly don’t trust their pharmacy at all.
