Received excellent service during my visit yesterday. My refurbished phone needed hours of updates, and Michelle offered to keep working on it while I kept my other appointments. When I came back the updates were done. She and Ben helped me transfer my contacts, port my number, and choose a plan that is right for me. Ben even helped introduce me to some of the phone's features. Thanks, Michelle and Ben!

Michelle @ the Mattydale store is an asset to Cricket. Between my husband and me, we have purchased at least 5 phones over the years, and Michelle has always helped us. She is friendly, professional, and very helpful and competent. I now make sure that I go when I know she us working.

We came kind of late but was not a problem at all for the associate Ben. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He went over and above to help me out. I purchased a phone that I love on his recommendation. Best of luck in school Ben!
