“I was supposed to review the woman that helped me via a form on the receipt, but I lost the receipt, so I am at least doing a review here. After several other post offices gave me total hell over a time sensitive passport renewal, Michelle at this office took me 30m earlier than my appointment time (but I would still make an appt), helped me understand what I needed to submit, and got my expedited application all set in no time. So grateful after an aggravating week of other post offices dropping the ball to have this settled!”

“Monday I went down to the Orchard park post office and was greeted by the postmaster himself, think his name was Henry Swanson! He pointed me in the right direction and was very friendly! Give the man a raise for fuc# sake, seemed like he was the only one doing anything there. For now on all my online business shipments will be through the OP post office.”
