While there they recommended Upstate Auto, stating we should look their, Matt gives a outstanding warrenty on used vehicles (very unheard of). We absolutely went to see what he had to offer. We found and fell in love with our first test drive and bought it that day. Then less than a month after the purchase our driver side tire all but fell off while we were driving (this happend on a Saturday late in the evening) On Monday we reached out to Matt told him exactly what happened and where we were able to get the car towed to. Matt them reach out to the garage where we had it towed, made arrangements to pick it up and take it to his shop. Now here is where he won us truely over. He had it fixed entirely by Tuesday, Yes Tuesday! At no charge to us. “VERY FAIR DEALERSHIP…UPDATE: Ran into issues with Strut mounts. Slight rattling, nothing crazy but needed to be addressed.Superior Auto reached out to their repair shop to schedule a time to come in. They replaced the entire strut on BOTH sides.The dealer paid for 75% of the repairs and I paid the remainder. I was happy with that seeing how the dealer was under no obligation to fix. And both sides were done when only one was required.Thank you Superior Auto!======================My experience here has been a good one.Most communication done via Facebook Messenger, super convenient for me.The vehicle was exactly as advertised, clean, and inspected. They have been very understanding if I needed to make a payment a little later than usual as long as I let them know and have been flexible with me. When I was looking for a car they were great about giving me necessary information about the vehicle, and were patient when it came to the test driving. It’s been about 3ish years and I still have never had any problems with the vehicle to this day, and they sold me a 2015 Buick verano. Overall I would recommend this company from my own experience.”
