“This is the nicest Dollar Tree I have EVER been to. The aisles and shelves are organized, there isn’t clutter preventing you from browsing. The staff obviously care about the store and it shows. I live the same distance from pretty much all the Dollar Trees in Clifton Park but will go out of my way to make this my regular store.”

Jennifer kindly created this beautiful balloon bouquet interactively over the phone selecting the products online with me while i sat across the coast in CA for my sons birthday to be delivered local using an instacart order i created.Jennifer was so kind and SUPER CREATIVE and HELPFUL! The price is a fraction from ordering from anywhere ! I think the store should advertise "ballon bouquet" as a paid service on instacart as i paid barely 12.50 all inclusive for the product and extra $ to instacart total $21 for this bouquet! What a joy! Thank you so much!”

Neil is clearly very dedicated to working at dollar tree because he’s been there since 2012, the poor man is going through severe medical problems that could really affect him but is still clearly the life of the party despite that. i’ve heard from multiple people he’s the same jokester with everyone and they all love him. make Neil a manager!!”
“I love this place I'm in there probably three times a week I believe the manager's name is Sherry. She is so friendly and so knowledgeable and she's so customer orientated. She makes my day half the time when I go in there she always greets me with a smile. But they have a ton of good stuff for $1.25 some of the deals you get there are unbelievable but you got to know what you're looking for. Half the time I go in there for two items and I end up with 20 lol. But I would highly recommend the Dollar tree great stuff great value.”
“Overall, not a bad experience. Aisles a little cluttered. A few U-boats of merchandise around the store, unattended - they should be back in the stock room if no one is unloading them, to make room for the customers. I found everything I needed and then some. Friendly guy at register, although did not have a Dollar General uniform or nametag on (3/14/26 around 3 - 4 PM).”

“I door dash as a second job and I must compliment the Troy,New York Dollar General . Jessica or Melanie has been such a big help in the past and currently still very helpful with everything. She is kind has great customer service and keeps the store in shape. She is very motivated and egar to help the customers even if it doesn’t have to do with purchasing products at the store I know from experience she’s a breath of fresh air. She sets a great example for the other employees in the capital district. The store has been very cleanly and is always stocked. As I said I door dash for a second job and have been to most of the dollar generals in the area and even out of state this is the best one this far. Keep up the great work and thank you for all your help.
